The house is located in a gated community with 24-hour security. The community offers various playgrounds and sports facilities for both children and adults.

Murcia is just a short drive away, and there is also a bus connection to Murcia city centre.

Driving distances to various points of interest:

– Alicante Airport (ALC): approx. 45 minutes

– Murcia Airport (RMU): approx. 35 minutes

– Murcia city centre: approx. 15 minutes

– Shopping centre: approx. 10 minutes

– Grocery store: one minute by car (five minutes on foot)

Please note that two of the twelve beds are intended for children under the age of 12. These beds are not suitable for adults due to their weight capacity.

Air conditioning is paid for using coins inserted into an electricity meter installed inside the house. Guests have full control over their air conditioning usage and the associated costs. One euro provides approximately two hours of air conditioning throughout the entire villa.

Please note that the villa is located in a private residential neighbourhood. Guests are required to refrain from making noise after 9:00 p.m. and from engaging in other disruptive activities out of consideration for the neighbours.

There is a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station on the property. The charger provides between 4.5 and 7 kW of charging power. Guests can use the charger at a fixed rate of EUR 0.40 per kWh. Guests must bring their own Type 2 charging cable, which should be at least five metres long.
